The Story
Deep in space lived an acient race called the Shee. They decided to try to create a servant for themselves. They tried, but the first time something went wrong, they made a terrible, vicious race - the Grendels! They tried to kill them but some hid away unseen and survived. The second time they slightly overdid it and created the Ettins! They were not satisified with their extra tidyness so created the Norns!
However shortly afterwards a great volcano erruption destroyed the Shee planet. The Shee took some Norns and Ettins onboard a spaceship so they couds try to find a new planet. The escapee Grendels snuck on board before the space-ship was launched.
After some time the Shee found a promising planet and went down (without the Grendels, Norns and Ettins)
In Creatures 3 you (the hand) must help the Norns survive, if you teach them words you can communicate with them.
Ettins
are often
treated badly like Grendels (the Grendels do deserve it) when they have the
potential of Norns.
If you teach
them words you can have interesting conservations.
If you get a special ALL CREATURES powerup you can do with them everything
you can with Norns.
